Save the version you intend to share
With export access available, save an Evidence Package after your latest presentation changes. Unsaved browser work may be lost when you refresh or close the tab. Keep an independent copy of the original export and retain the saved package yourself.
The package includes source, supplied media, saved settings, a local HTML rendering, a manifest and checksums, plus a signed payment receipt where available. The browser-generated PDF is separate; save and send it separately if the recipient needs a printable document.
Review the contents and recipient
A package carries more than the visible PDF. Partial number masking does not strip identifying information from original TXT or media. Review whether the intended recipient should receive those files, and agree a transfer channel appropriate for their sensitivity.
A package is not made anonymous or confidential by being a ZIP. UnPack’s local processing does not control the security of your email, cloud storage or recipient’s device. Avoid public share links for private material and do not send the package or its receipt to support in an initial message.
Give the recipient a clear opening instruction
Ask them to save the ZIP to a trusted computer, open the UnPack workspace, and choose the saved Evidence Package ZIP through the import control. They do not need to edit the archive or open an included HTML file directly to use this workflow.
The source and saved settings are restored locally where supported. The recipient should review the result, including dates, presentation choices and missing-media warnings. After making changes, they should save a fresh package and identify it as the updated version.
Understand what payment verification does
An included signed receipt can restore already-paid export access when verification succeeds, without buying that package again. It confirms access only; it does not authenticate the messages. Verification sends payment identifiers or a signed receipt, not conversation content or evidence hashes.
Access depends on a valid payment and successful verification. Refunded or invalid payments do not restore access. If verification is temporarily unavailable, keep the package and retry before starting another purchase. The temporary checkout record’s 24-hour period is not the saved receipt’s expiry, but service availability is not promised permanently.
