Agree the purpose and transfer method
Ask the lawyer or other professional what they need to review and how they want sensitive files delivered. A short factual explanation is more useful than an unexplained folder of attachments. Do not assume that a public support address or ordinary email is the agreed channel for confidential material.
Explain the issue in plain language, identify the period you believe is relevant and state what you want help understanding. Keep your explanation separate from the conversation itself.
Prepare a small inventory
List the original export, accompanying media, any screenshots and the documents you prepared. Identify which files came from you, which were supplied by someone else and which are later additions. Note uncertainty about origin or dates.
Preserve originals independently. If a relevant attachment is missing, say so. If only part of the history is available, do not describe it as complete.
Help the reviewer find the passage
A searchable conversation and message references can make navigation easier. Read around the passages you select, including later replies or corrections. If you limit the displayed dates, make that choice clear and keep the unfiltered source available.
Fictional handoff note: “Please review the delivery discussion from 16–18 July. The TXT and supplied media are in the source folder. One referenced photo was not included. The PDF shows those dates; the full supplied export is retained.” This identifies the selection and a gap without asserting what the conversation proves.
Choose the outputs deliberately
A PDF is a readable presentation. A saved Evidence Package lets the next reviewer reopen source and saved settings in UnPack where supported. Save the PDF separately. A recipient can restore already-paid package export access when its receipt verifies; refunded or invalid payments do not restore it.
Review confidentiality before sharing. Partial number masking affects the presentation, while names, full numbers and other identifiers may remain in the original TXT and media.
Leave conclusions to the review
Separate what you observed from what you infer. A displayed sender name, a file hash or a neatly formatted PDF is not independent proof of authorship or authenticity.
